    Dear Grace O:
First of all, I thank you very much for the wonderful, healthy cookbook. Everytime I received email from FoodTrients, I set aside my office work and start reading your newsletters. I am blessed that FoodTrients had sent me an email today and found out about your Moringa Vegetable Soup. Do you know that I am in the process of researching about this Moringa plant…what benefits we can get especially those diabetic consumers, the nutritional facts about this “Miracle Tree”. Now I have your recipe that I could add in to my research. The company that I am working with is in the process of putting an online retail store for diabetic consumers. I always read Dr Rosenberg’s column too.

Appreciate very much your sending me FoodTrients newsletter.
